Work Package 3 focuses on the practical implementation of the training pathway developed in the previous phase of the project. It begins with an initial testing phase, during which staff and trainers test the platform, training materials and methodologies through dedicated sessions and workshops.
The work package then moves into the pilot training implementation, including online courses, workshops and educational meetings with participants. This phase allows the project partners to apply the developed resources in real training contexts and to observe how they respond to participants’ needs.
A key part of WP3 is also the collection and analysis of feedback, aimed at assessing the effectiveness of the training activities. Based on the results, the contents and methodologies are then adapted and repeated with new participant groups, ensuring that the training path remains flexible, practical and responsive to different learning needs.
The implementation approach of WP3 is based on a progressive training process, starting with an initial testing phase carried out by staff and trainers. During this phase, the platform, materials and methodologies are tested through training sessions and workshops, allowing the partnership to verify their practical use before involving the target groups.
After this first step, the training activities are implemented through online courses, workshops and educational meetings. This creates an integrated learning experience that combines digital tools with practical and collaborative activities. The feedback collected from participants is then used to assess the effectiveness of the training and to adapt the contents and methodologies before repeating the courses with new groups.
