Erasmus+ Project N° 2024-1-IT02-KA220-ADU-000245481

work package 1

Context

Work Package 1 focuses on the overall coordination, planning and monitoring of the project throughout its implementation. It provides the management structure needed to ensure that activities are organised, responsibilities are clearly shared among partners, and progress is regularly followed.

The project management approach is based on continuous coordination between Il Brutto Anatroccolo ONLUS, Rzeszowska Akademia Fotografii and CONIL. This cooperation supports effective communication, resource sharing and joint decision-making across the partnership.

A key part of WP1 is the monitoring of project activities through regular meetings, progress tracking and quality assurance measures. The use of structured tools, such as quarterly monitoring forms, risk management procedures and quality assessment modules, helps the partners identify possible issues, plan corrective actions and maintain alignment with the project work plan.

WP1 also supports the overall quality and reliability of the project by promoting clear roles, regular reporting, continuous improvement and compliance with key requirements, including data protection and privacy rules.

Specific objectives:

Management, Monitoring and Quality Assurance

The management approach of WP1 is based on continuous coordination, regular monitoring and strong collaboration between the project partners. Il Brutto Anatroccolo ONLUS is responsible for the overall coordination, while Rzeszowska Akademia Fotografii and CONIL contribute to planning, reporting and decision-making throughout the project.

Monitoring activities are carried out through regular meetings, progress tracking and structured quality tools. These include quarterly monitoring forms, quality assessment procedures and internal reviews, which help the partnership follow the development of activities and identify any possible issues.

Quality assurance is integrated into the whole project management process. Feedback, reporting and risk monitoring are used to support continuous improvement, ensure that activities remain aligned with the work plan and maintain a coherent implementation across all Work Packages.
