Transnational Project Meeting 4

The 4th Virtual Transnational Project Meeting of the Innovative Horizons project was held online on December 10, 2025, via Google Meet. Hosted by Il Brutto Anatroccolo ONLUS, the meeting brought together the project partners from Italy, Romania and Poland to review the progress achieved and coordinate the next steps for the beginning of 2026.

The meeting focused on the completion of WP2 – Design and Development, including the joint report, the definition of the six online training themes and the development of interactive training materials. Partners also reviewed the Moodle-based e-learning platform, confirming that the next phase would involve uploading and organising the completed contents in preparation for testing.

The partners also discussed the progress of WP4 – Dissemination, Sustainability and Monitoring, reviewing the communication plan, dissemination materials, website and social media channels. Attention was also given to the preparation of WP3 – Integrated Training, including the first testing activities, target group selection and role-playing laboratory materials.

The meeting concluded with a shared roadmap for the following months, including the final organisation of the e-learning platform, the first multiplier event in Italy, the launch of internal testing and the preparation of the next transnational meeting in Romania. Overall, the TPM4 marked an important transition from the development phase to the practical implementation and testing of the project results.
