The 5th Transnational Project Meeting of the Innovative Horizons project took place on April 16–17, 2026, in Bucharest, Romania, hosted by Asociatia CONIL. The meeting brought together the project partners from Italy, Romania and Poland to review the latest progress and coordinate the transition towards the online training phase.
The meeting focused mainly on the final revision and standardisation of the training modules developed within WP2 – Design and Development. Partners confirmed the adjustments made to ensure that the modules were coherent, accessible and aligned with the expected quality standards. Particular attention was given to the structure of the learning materials, including slides, participant guides and worksheets.
Another important part of the discussion was dedicated to WP3 – Integrated Training. Partners confirmed the identification of the target groups for the testing phase, including adults, educators, social workers and volunteers connected to the social sector. The consortium also agreed on the operational calendar for the start of the online training, including the delivery of platform credentials, the launch of the training activities and the collection of feedback from participants.
The meeting also included an update on WP4 – Dissemination, Sustainability and Monitoring. Partners reviewed the results of the first multiplier event in Italy, the progress of the digital communication strategy and the launch of the social campaign focused on digital inclusion in the social sector. The consortium also discussed future dissemination activities, including the planning of the second multiplier event in Romania and the long-term availability of project results through European platforms.
Overall, TPM5 represented an important step in preparing the project for the implementation of its online training activities, ensuring that the educational materials, target groups, dissemination actions and monitoring tools were ready for the next phase of Innovative Horizons.
Following the 5th Transnational Project Meeting, the Innovative Horizons partnership moved closer to the implementation of the online training activities. After the revision and standardisation of the training modules, partners confirmed that the educational materials were aligned with the agreed quality standards and ready to support a coherent learning experience for participants. The final structure includes slides, participant guides and practical worksheets, designed to make the training pathway clear, accessible and easy to use.
The meeting also confirmed the operational calendar for the training phase. Each partner identified a group of adult participants connected to the social sector, including educators, social workers and volunteers. After the technical testing of the Moodle platform and the delivery of access credentials, the online training activities are planned to take place between May and July 2026. This phase will allow participants to test the learning materials, interact with the digital platform and provide useful feedback for the further improvement of the project results.
The next phase of Innovative Horizons will focus on the launch of the online training activities. Partners have finalised the training modules, selected the target groups and prepared the operational calendar for the testing phase. Through the Moodle platform, participants will be able to access the learning materials, complete the proposed activities and share feedback to support the improvement of the project’s educational resources.
