work package 4

Context

Work Package 4 focuses on the visibility, communication and long-term impact of the project. It brings together dissemination activities, stakeholder engagement, monitoring actions and sustainability measures, ensuring that the project results reach relevant audiences at local, national and European level.

This work package includes the definition of communication strategies and KPIs, the production of multilingual information materials, and the use of different dissemination channels such as the project website, social media, newsletters, events, media outreach and partner networks. These tools help present the project in a clear and consistent way, while supporting interaction with social workers, educators, NGOs, policy makers and other stakeholders.

A key component of WP4 is also the continuous monitoring of dissemination results. Data from digital platforms, press mentions, partner reports and post-event feedback are collected and analysed to assess the effectiveness of communication activities and adapt the strategy when needed. In parallel, sustainability actions are planned to keep the project outputs accessible and useful after the end of the project, encouraging the continued use of the platform, materials and professional network.

Specific objectives:

Communication and dissemination tools

WP4 uses a multi-channel communication approach to ensure broad and targeted dissemination. The project website acts as the central digital space where results, learning materials, updates and resources can be shared. Social media channels, newsletters and partner networks support regular communication with stakeholders and help maintain visibility throughout the project.

Dissemination is also reinforced through local press, media outreach, workshops, conferences and public events. These tools allow the project to reach both digital and non-digital audiences, while creating opportunities for dialogue, participation and exchange with professionals, institutions and community actors.

Monitoring and sustainability

Monitoring activities are included to assess the effectiveness of the communication and dissemination strategy. The project collects data from social media engagement, website analytics, newsletters, press mentions, partner reports and post-event feedback. This information helps evaluate the reach of the activities and identify possible improvements.

Sustainability is addressed by encouraging the continued use of the project outputs after the end of the funding period. Activities such as professional networking, alumni engagement, annual newsletters and peer ambassador actions help keep the materials, platform and project community active over time.
