Transnational Project Meeting 3

Rzeszowska Akademia Fotografii, 21-22 October 2025

3rd Transnational Project Meeting

The 3rd Transnational Project Meeting of the Innovative Horizons project took place on 21–22 October 2025 in Rzeszów, Poland, hosted by Rzeszowska Akademia Fotografii. The meeting brought together the project partners from Italy, Romania and Poland for two days of coordination, progress review and joint planning.

During the meeting, partners reviewed the overall implementation of the project and discussed the progress of the main work packages. Particular attention was dedicated to WP2 – Design and Development, focusing on the development of interactive training materials and the implementation of the Moodle-based e-learning platform. The partners confirmed the importance of creating accessible, practical and engaging educational resources for adults and professionals working in the social sector.

The meeting also provided an opportunity to discuss the next phase of the project, especially the preparation of WP3 – Integrated Training. Partners worked on the planning of the first testing activities, the involvement of target groups, the collection of feedback and the use of common quality assessment tools. This phase will be essential to verify the effectiveness of the platform, the training materials and the proposed methodologies.

Another important part of the discussion focused on dissemination, sustainability and monitoring. Partners reviewed the communication strategy, the use of social media and online channels, and the preparation of future dissemination activities. The meeting also confirmed the importance of regular monitoring, GDPR-compliant data collection and continuous cooperation among partners.

The TPM3 concluded with a shared roadmap for the following months, including the finalisation and upload of training materials, the first platform testing phase, the preparation of role-playing laboratories and the organisation of upcoming project events. The meeting strengthened the cooperation among partners and marked an important step towards the practical implementation of the Innovative Horizons training pathway.
