This phase included the creation of interactive learning materials, online modules, case studies and simulations, followed by the development of the e-learning platform.<\/p><p data-start=\"359\" data-end=\"619\">The platform was designed as an accessible and user-friendly digital environment, including discussion forums, chat, webinars and assessment tools. These features support interaction among participants and provide a structured space for the training materials.<\/p><p data-start=\"359\" data-end=\"619\">The final part of WP2 concerned the preparation of role-playing workshop materials, designed to reproduce realistic situations in the social sector and support practical learning. Overall, WP2 provided the foundation for the following testing and training phases of the
