Context

Work Package 2 focused on the development of the main educational and digital resources of the project. This phase included the creation of interactive learning materials, online modules, case studies and simulations, followed by the development of the e-learning platform.

The platform was designed as an accessible and user-friendly digital environment, including discussion forums, chat, webinars and assessment tools. These features support interaction among participants and provide a structured space for the training materials.

The final part of WP2 concerned the preparation of role-playing workshop materials, designed to reproduce realistic situations in the social sector and support practical learning. Overall, WP2 provided the foundation for the following testing and training phases of the project.

Specific objectives:

  • Create online modules, case studies and simulations to support an engaging learning experience and connect the contents with practical examples.
  • Develop an accessible digital space where participants can easily access training materials, follow activities and use the available learning tools.
  • Include features such as forums, chat, webinars and assessment tools to support communication, exchange and active participation.
  • Prepare practical resources based on real-life social sector scenarios, allowing participants to apply what they have learned.
  • Combine digital modules, platform tools and workshops into a coherent learning path that supports both knowledge and practice.
